Friendly, Professional
Care

Julia first became interested in complementary medicine in 1995, after years working in the fast-paced advertising industry had taken its toll on her health. Acupuncture not only transformed her illness but opened up a whole new direction and perspective on life for her.

She has experience of treating a wide range of conditions, and has undertaken specialist postgraduate training in many areas including musculoskeletal problems, male and female infertility, tui na massage, IVF support, back pain treatment and more.

Julia studied at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, training directly under John and Angie Hicks, developers of the integrated tradition of acupuncture.

She has a degree in psychology, has undertaken person-centred counselling training and stays up-to-date with all the latest training and research, enabling her to bring a variety of skills and experience to her practice.

Julia is known for her friendly, professional care and can offer help on all aspects of complementary medicine, nutrition and lifestyle advice.

"It was having my own treatment, and seeing the difference it makes for my patients, that proved to me how powerful Chinese Medicine can be. It continues to inspire me and I hope it can do the same for you."
